Spotlight: Greig Reith

What is your role within the company?

I manage the workshop and make sure it runs smoothly on a daily basis. This involves ensuring all equipment is certified, ordering and ensuring sufficient stock of materials and carrying out routine safety checks on equipment such as fire alarms, extinguishers and forklift checks. I also assist in the manufacturing of KCI’s sealant products. 

What do you like most about working for KCI?

I like the fact that we have a small, hardworking team and everyone is happy to help each other out if required.   

What are the values that drive you?   

I have a positive attitude and I always try to make a difference. I am reliable and I really thrive as part of a team.   

What is the most exciting part of your job?   

Manufacturing! I get a great deal of job satisfaction with the finished product and knowing I have contributed towards one of the main earnings of KCI.   

Outside of work, what are you passionate about?  

Health & fitness is a passion of mine.  I also enjoy learning (and trying to perfect) the craft of making pizza. (Bit of an obsession really😊) 

What’s something about you that not a lot of people know about you?  

I have a telepathic ability to talk with my identical twin brother from great distances.

What are your hobbies/what do you do on the weekends?

I tend to spend time with my better half, Cara. My hobbies include photography, camping and making pizza, a lot, which she doesn’t always enjoy haha!
