Upskilling our workforce

Developing and upskilling our workforce is a priority for us.  We want to ensure our team is at the forefront of the industry, and we do this by providing opportunities for our team to upskill, learn and develop.

Several of our team members have recently completed or are currently undertaking various courses.  Our Technical Services Manager for Middle East and Southeast Asia, Steve Raffan, recently completed Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management training with the Aberdeen Grampian Chamber of Commerce. Barbara Goodwin, our R&D Chemist, has signed up for The Royal Society of Chemistry-approved courses My Green Lab Accredited Professional (AP) Program and A Practical Guide to Conducting a Life Cycle Assessment. Our Technical Services Supervisor, Andy Reid, will also undertake AGCC Essential Management Skills in May 2024.
