SPOTLIGHT: Kevin Watt

What is your role within the company?

I’m the Managing Director, and along with running the company on a day-to-day basis, my role is to make sure the team have the best possible platform to help our customers to the absolute best of their ability.

What do you like most about working for KCI?

Because we work all over the world, it’s all the different and interesting people you get to meet and talk to. That, along with the team, is what I like most.

What first attracted you to your area of expertise?

I love supporting others to do their best at their work.

What is a key challenge that your customers face that you want to solve?

Ageing equipment and the impact that it has on our customers ability to do their job well. When old equipment gets old it gets damaged and starts to leak and it makes things so much more difficult for our customers.

What is the most exciting part of your job?  

Meeting interesting people from all around the world.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about?

My family (including my pets), my friends, football and the planet.

Going on adventures with my family, walking my dogs, catching up with friends, watching (and sometimes going) to the football
