Mac-Insulate
Mac-Insulate is specifically designed and developed for insulation of pipeline flanges and other surface and subsea applications - especially "Cold Spots".
Deployment
- Fluid, Can be deployed in environments containing oil, gas, diesel, water etc at pressure
- Temperature: -50°C to 250°C ( ideal deployment temperature -5°C to 45°C)
- Setting Time, Variable i.e. 5 minutes to 47 hours (subject to deployment temperature)
- Static Seal. Up to 10,000psi sealing capability - subject to application

Flexible resilient material.
