Overview

Background
Platform production pipeline (oil/water/other fluids). Unable to obtain or maintain an isolation in support of remedial work with the existing and attached production pipe line.

Deployment
Injection of IBS directly into the closed ball valve. The IBS is formulated to backfill both ways when injected displacing existing fluids through the existing leak paths at the balls.

Removal
Inject a set volume of breaker which will return the solid IBS back to a fluid to be flushed through the system or open both valves and pig the solid material out of the pipeline.
